What customers actually ask.

Where is data processed?
ORAI Agent runs in the cloud, on-premises, or hybrid. Data does not leave the chosen environment without explicit configuration. Tenant isolation is built in.
Which AI models are used?
The model is configurable. Common cloud providers and self-hosted models are supported. The provider can be swapped without switching the platform.
How is SAP connected?
Through existing SAP interfaces: OData, RFC, SAP Integration Suite, BTP services. Permissions are taken over 1:1 from the source system.
How are skills created?
Skills are configured, not coded. Each skill is reusable, versioned, and tied to roles.
How is pricing structured?
A per-user monthly license, combined with enterprise add-ons like extra connectors or advanced governance. Hosting and AI costs are passed through transparently.
On-prem vs. cloud: what changes?
Functionally nothing. The difference is in the operating model, not the feature set. On-prem setups get the same updates.
How are hallucinations handled?
Answers come with source references. Skills have guardrails, critical actions require confirmation, and data retrieval is role-based.
What audit capabilities are there?
Every query and every triggered action is logged. Audit logs are exportable and compatible with common SIEM systems.
How long does rollout take?
Pilots typically go live in four to six weeks. A full rollout across multiple teams usually takes two to three months.
What happens to existing tools?
ORAI Agent does not replace specialized systems. It makes them easier to use and closes the gaps between them.
