A mid-sized industrial machinery manufacturer with around 800 employees faced a classic challenge: Hundreds of technical documents – product data sheets, operating manuals, CAD drawings, and spare parts lists – were scattered across SharePoint. Sales reps often needed 20-30 minutes to find the right information for customer inquiries. Field service technicians had limited access to current specifications while on-site.
The ORAI Agent was implemented as a chat interface for all product-related questions. Employees can now ask in natural language: "What are the torque specifications for the X500 series?" or "Show me the spare parts list for machine Y." The agent searches all connected documents in real-time and delivers precise answers – including source citations and direct links to the original documents.

Why the implementation was so easy
