Senior SAP Project Manager (m/f/d)
You lead our SAP BTP and integration projects at the client from kick-off to go-live. Remote within Germany, full-time permanent position.
- Employment type: Full-time
- Working model: Remote
- Location: Hamburg
About the role
You lead our SAP BTP and integration projects at the client, from kick-off to go-live. You keep scope, deadlines and budget under control and make sure the client and the team always know where the project stands.
ORAI is an SAP consultancy focused on SAP BTP and Business AI. Our team is small and deliberately senior: clients work directly with experienced people, without an account layer and without a rotating junior team.
What you'll do
- You plan projects, estimate effort together with the architects and create project plans
- You run projects agile or classic, depending on what works for the client, guided by SAP Activate
- You lead status meetings and steering committees and report to the client's project management
- You identify risks and change needs early and negotiate change requests
- You coordinate our team and external partners such as Basis providers or other consultancies
- You support proposals and the development of existing client relationships
What you bring
- Several years of experience as a project manager in SAP projects, ideally in S/4HANA, BTP or integration
- Enough technical understanding to talk to architects and developers as an equal
- Experience with budget and resource responsibility
- Confident with IT management and business stakeholders, even when things get difficult
- You write clearly and run meetings that produce results
- Fluent German and good English
What we offer
- Fully remote within Germany, travel to clients only when the project really needs it
- Salary with a bonus based on project utilisation
- Optional company car
- Smartphone and free choice of work equipment
- Direct access to the founders and short decision paths
- Projects with SAP BTP, S/4HANA and generative AI for well-known clients in energy, manufacturing, automotive and process industries
- Insight into the product development of the ORAI Agent and room for your own ideas
- Time and budget for training and certifications
